Riding a wave of remarkable success, a Plymouth beverage manufacturer is now poised for even more. Carbliss, the maker of zero-carb, zero-sugar canned cocktails, began selling to the Chicago area last week in a partnership with Chicago Beverage Systems. The addition expands Carbliss’ presence in portions of 13 central US states. Cook County was the last in Illinois to begin carrying the canned cocktails.
Revenue growth over the past three years was more than 27,000 percent, and despite selling to only 15% of the nation, Carbliss ranked as the number-1 growth food and beverage company in the country.
CEO Adam Kroener, who runs the business with his wife, Amanda, said that they’ve been preparing for the Cook County launch for years after receiving thousands of requests.
