Looking for something sweet, we found the perfect spot for you! Legends Ice Cream is an authentic Mexican ice cream shop that opens this weekend in the Queen City.
Social media influencer, Javier Morales (QC Javi on Instagram) is one of the co-owners of the shop. ON social media, he is known for highlighting Hispanic and Latino-owned businesses throughout the city of Charlotte. Now, he’s giving us our taste of ice cream heaven.
Mexican Ice Cream Arrives in Charlotte
Legends Ice Cream and Snacks will hold a grand opening on Saturday, March 29, at 2 pm. The ice cream shop is located at 5708 N. Sharon Amity Rd. and will be open daily from 2 pm – 9 pm after this weekend.
Not only does the shop highlight Mexican ice cream, but the decor is focused on highlighting Mexican professional wrestling culture while decked out with Lucha Libre décor.
What can you expect from Mexican ice cream? If you have never tried it, be prepared for your classic dessert treat but with a few twists. Get cool toppings like mini Nutella jars, esquites, and Mexican street corn all for your personal taste.
This will be the third Legend’s location with the other two located in Greensboro and Winston Salem. We can’t wait to see what kind of cool flavors this new spot brings to Charlotte.
