TULSA – Cherokee Federal, the federal contracting division of Cherokee Nation Businesses, today announced its inclusion for the seventh consecutive year on the Washington Technology Top 100 list.

This highly regarded recognition highlights the impact of Cherokee Federal’s unwavering commitment to government agency customers, harnessing innovative technologies and solutions to drive mission-critical support and advancements across the federal landscape.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do,” said Steven Bilby, President of Cherokee Federal. “Their mission becomes our mission and it’s through close partnership that we’re able to deliver solutions that truly matter. We’re honored to be trusted by federal agencies tackling some of the nation’s most complex challenges. That trust drives us forward and allows us to reinvest in our Cherokee communities, our tribal citizens and our shared future.”

Cherokee Federal’s continued recognition among top federal contractors reflects strategic growth driven by technical excellence and streamlined acquisition pathways. As a tribally owned enterprise, the division offers access to a portfolio of SBA-approved Tribal 8(a) companies and hold positions on premier government-wide vehicles, including OASIS+, GSA STARS III, and multiple GSA MAS SINs, enabling rapid, compliant procurement across a full spectrum of mission-critical needs.

In FY24, Cherokee Federal’s more than 5,000 employees powered mission-critical work across the globe. From advancing electronic health records that improve care for service members and veterans to deploying intelligence support that enhances national security to sustaining logistics operations that ensure readiness on the front lines, Cherokee Federal delivers with precision, speed and purpose. Also in 2024, the company expanded its footprint with a new office in the Washington, D.C. area, followed by a growing presence in San Antonio and Colorado Springs in 2025.

Throughout FY25, Cherokee Federal has maintained its growth pace, earning critical contracts with the Federal Aviation Administration, Defense Health Agency, U.S. Marine Corps and more, advancing the safety and wellbeing of our country.

Cherokee Federal’s experienced team of more than 35 tribal owned federal contracting companies manages a large portfolio of projects for more than 60 federal clients across the globe. Whether it is national security and intelligence, information technology, federal health solutions, Department of Defense logistics or human services, the organization is committed to helping customers build solutions, solve complex challenges and serve America’s interests across the globe.
