Erin Christy, senior advisor of wealth management for Choreo Advisors in Cedar Rapids, has been named a Next-Gen Rising Star by the ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Award program.
“I am proud of the hard work and dedication that Choreo’s advisors and team members demonstrate every day to ensure our clients receive the advice they need,” Choreo CEO Larry Miles said in a release. “Erin’s recognition underscores her passion for excellence and the empathy she has for her clients. The ThinkAdvisor Next-Gen Rising Stars award honors individuals with less than 10 years of industry experience who have made impactful contributions to their organizations and the wealth management industry through innovative programs, products or services.
The Luminaries awards program began four years ago to recognize firms and individuals driving innovation and having a positive impact within the financial services industry.
Recipients were chosen by a panel of industry professionals and announced at a Dec. 11 ceremony in Las Vegas.
“I’m honored to be recognized with this prestigious Luminaries award,” Ms. Christy said. “I’m very fortunate to do work I love, alongside people I hold in such high regard. My clients and my colleagues at Choreo are a huge part of my success, and I want to thank them for their support.”
Ms. Christy was also honored as a 2024 Rising Star in the RIA Intel Awards program and was named to the Corridor Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list in 2023.
The distinction added to the list of awards and recognitions Choreo and its advisors have received over the course of the year. Other notable honors include:
- Kimberly Hillyard, managing director of wealth management, was named to the Forbes Best-in-State Women Advisors and Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors lists.
- Steve Kelley, managing director of wealth management, was named to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list.
- Choreo was recognized as FA magazine’s RIA Ranking, Barron’s Top 100 RIA Firms and Forbes Top RIA Firms.
