Although opening dates were not specified, Vice President of ICO Commercial Danna Sossen said the two new tenants include:
- Endocrine & Diabetes Plus Clinic of Houston
- Southwest Nephrology Associates, LLP
Upon completion, the development will feature a total of 31 office units, each approximately 1,250 square feet, Sossen said in an email.

Positioned at the intersection of Hwy. 6 and Hwy. 90, Citadel Office Park offers convenient access to major thoroughfares including I-59, Hwy. 99 and Beltway 8, Sossen said.
The location places tenants within close proximity to a variety of amenities such as restaurants, banks and hotels.
