ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The City of Rochester will release details on Thursday about new technology aiming to make trash and recycling collection more efficient.
The technology will include a dashboard to learn when crews will arrive in a particular neighborhood. The city says it will also share “a few simple rules” for setting out containers for pickup.
