SAN ANTONIO — A CLEAR Alert has been issued for a missing 28-year-old man who was last seen on Monday on the west side of town.
San Antonio Police are searching for Cesar Uribe, who is 5’11” tall, weighs about 250 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat with white letters “NY”, a black shirt, blue jeans, brown boots. He has multiple tattoos on his left and right calves and on his chest.
He was seen near the 2100 block of Fort Donleson Drive, not far from Marbach Road.
Law enforcement officials believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
