SAN ANTONIO – A clear alert has been issued for a man who was last seen on Monday night.
28-year-old Cesar Uribe was last seen at an address near Fort Fnelson Drive and Five Frks Drive on the Far West Side.
Uribe is about 5 feet and 10 inches tall, weighing around 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black “NY” hat, black shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. He has multiple tattoos on both his calves and his chest.
