CHESTNUT HILL, MA — Clemson football earned its second ACC win in dominating fashion.
Clemson routed Boston College, winning 41-10 on Saturday at Alumni. The Tigers (3-3, 3-2 ACC) scored on their first six drives to score 34 first-half points against the Eagles (1-5, 0-4).
Defensively, Clemson generated its first takeaway since Week 2 and contained Boston College‘s pass-friendly offense. The Tigers played with more energy and urgency for the second straight week to make it back to .500.
Clemson’s top concern is the health of quarterback Cade Klubnik, who suffered an apparant injury in the third quarter.
Clemson will host SMU on Oct. 18 (3:30 p.m. ET, ACC Network) at Memorial Stadium next.

Quarterback Cade Klubnik launched a 38-yard pass to the left end zone to wide receiver Bryant Wesco Jr., who came down with the ball and got one foot down.
