Roupas, partner in charge and co-founder of Cooley’s Chicago office and head of the Midwest capital markets practice, was recognized for advising private and public companies on securities offerings and complex transactions.
Bauer, co-founder and co-head of the Chicago corporate group, was highlighted for advising growth-stage companies on venture capital financings, M&A exits, securities offerings and venture capital firm investments.
