FRISCO, Texas – For back-to-back seasons, the Cowboys will have the 12th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The 2026 selection will mark the fifth time in franchise history that Dallas owned the 12th overall pick, with last season’s selection of Alabama guard Tyler Booker, who started at right guard in all 14 games he played in his rookie season.

Before that, the Cowboys picked All-Pro DE Micah Parsons, two-time Super Bowl champion WR Alvin Harper and former Nebraska star DT Danny Noonan with their previous selections at 12 overall.

The Cowboys also still own the Packers’ first-round selection in this upcoming draft, which was acquired in when Dallas traded Parsons to Green Bay before the 2025 season. That will be determined a later date in the postseason, as the Packers will play at the Chicago Bears on Saturday night in the Wild Card round.

With the trades for Quinnen Williams and George Pickens, Dallas currently does not have a pick on the second day of the draft. Their remaining picks will come in the fourth round (113th overall), fifth round (151), and two seventh round selections (221st, 226th).

The 2025 regular season is officially in the books, and the top 18 draft selections are set as follows:

  1. Las Vegas Raiders
  2. New York Jets
  3. Arizona Cardinals
  4. Tennessee Titans
  5. New York Giants
  6. Cleveland Browns
  7. Washington Commanders
  8. New Orleans Saints
  9. Kansas City Chiefs
  10. Cincinnati Bengals
  11. Miami Dolphins
  12. Dallas Cowboys
  13. Los Angeles Rams
  14. Baltimore Ravens
  15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  16. New York Jets
  17. Detroit Lions
  18. Minnesota Vikings

The 2026 NFL Draft will be held from April 23-25 in Pittsburgh, PA.
