Elm St. Saloon, located at 2708 Elm St., will close on Nov. 30, the restaurant announced on Facebook.

DALLAS — Another Deep Ellum business is shutting down.

Elm St. Saloon announced it will close after five years of service in the Dallas neighborhood. Its last day will be Nov. 30.

“For 5 incredible years these walls have held countless memories, laughter and love,” the business’ announcement post reads. “It was truly our pleasure in serving the neighborhood. It has been an absolute honor to be part of the Deep Ellum community.”

The Saloon’s original announcement post, which has since been edited, included a line saying, “Unfortunately Deep Ellum is going in a direction that does not include Elm St Saloon.”

Elm St. Saloon joins a slew of Deep Ellum businesses that have decided to close this year. Since June, Niwa Japanese BBQ, STIRR, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and the controversial Rodeo Dallas have shut down in the neighborhood.

WFAA has reached out to Elm St. Saloon for comment on the closure, but has not heard back yet.
