Ward Real Estate & Development plans to develop a master-planned community composed entirely of rental units in Buckeye.
To be called Coyote Crest Community, it will feature 901 rental units amid a variety of product, including 456 traditional garden-style apartments, 170 duplex-style townhomes and 275 detached build-to-rent cottages.
The Chandler-based developer and Denver-based Norris Design are teaming up to build out the 64.45-acre vacant parcel at the southwest corner of Roosevelt Street and Rainbow Road alignments in Buckeye, near massive retail and medical office developments.
The project will have separate entrances and signage for each of its distinct products: The Cottages at Coyote Crest Community, The Townhomes at Coyote Crest Community and The Flats at Coyote Crest Community.
