Two parcels in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood and the River North Art District sold last week for $9 million.
DENVER — Part of the development team behind the striking One River North apartment building is one step closer to going two for two on the block.
Two parcels at 3911 and 3963 Walnut St. in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood and the River North Art District sold last week for $9 million.
The new owner is 40th & Walnut Project LLC, affiliated with Uplands Real Estate Partners and Wynne Yasmer Real Estate, both developers of the next-door One River North apartment project. One River North features the canyon running along its facade that will be filled with plants, and it’s set to welcome tenants this spring.
Two LLCs associated with Denver developer Michael Mathieson sold the properties. Mathieson purchased the parcels in 2015 for $3.51 million, per property records. In total, the site equals 0.9 acres and currently has three industrial buildings on it.
