A new way to shop is coming to fruition in the age of AI, which dominated discussions at this year’s Shoptalk event in Las Vegas, Nevada. After a few years spent talking about the implications of generative AI — and experimenting with new ways of working with the tech — more companies debuted new tools and formats that placed AI at the center of commerce.

Vogue Business executive editor Hilary Milnes hosted the evening as execs discussed navigating AI and shopping.

On Wednesday, March 25, Vogue Business joined commerce platform Swap to bring fashion and beauty brand executives together during the conference. Amid a dinner setting, execs discussed how they’re navigating the confluence of AI and shopping, the rise of agentic commerce, and changing customer expectations around retail experiences. Leaders from brands including Cos, Thom Browne, Estée Lauder Companies, Anine Bing, and more gathered for an evening at Mother Wolf, led by Vogue Business executive editor Hilary Milnes.
