MIAMI, May 21, 2025―Daniel A. Milian, P.A. has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Trial Practice Group in its Miami office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Milian was a shareholder at Fowler White Burnett, P.A.

Taylor. “We continue to expand our capabilities in Miami, which is an important gateway to our international work, particularly in South America, the Caribbean and Mexico.”

Milian practices commercial civil litigation, with a particular focus on general commercial litigation, real estate litigation and business litigation. He has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of issues such as partnership disputes, breach of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures (plaintiff and defendant), quiet title actions and injunctions. This is supported by his background in preparing corporate documents, including operating agreements, corporate filings and the sales of businesses. He has been involved in cases protecting intellectual property in order to maximize clients’ revenue and business objectives. Milian supports his healthcare and technology clients by developing agreements for confidentiality, regulatory compliance and common law privacy obligations for consumer, employee and customer information collected and stored. He was vice-chair of the Planning, Zoning & Appeals Board for the city of Miami.
