EVO Entertainment has acquired the former Xscape Theatre property in Fulshear with plans to redevelop the site into a nearly 70,000-square-foot “entertainment destination,” officials announced in a June 11 news release.
The details
The project will add approximately 35,000 square feet with new features, including:
- Bowling lanes
- Arcade games
- A full-service bar and restaurant
- Private event space
- Attractions such as laser tag, climbing walls, bumper cars and gravity ropes
The existing cinema will also undergo renovations including the addition of two premium format screens, per the release.
