In addition to the routes listed below, the following changes will also take effect on Sunday, September 27th.
Route 0B – South Broadway – Schedule Timing
Service Change
Minor changes to weekday, Saturday and Sunday/Holiday schedules.
Service Change Reason
Schedule changes will eliminate overlap with Route 0L.

Since this change was not included in the proposed September Service Changes, no survey data was collected.
Route 23 – West 20th Avenue – Route Adjustment, Schedule Timing
Service Change
Route 20 will be split into Route 20 and Route 23, with Route 23 serving the western portion and Route 20 serving the eastern portion of the route.
Route 23 will operate between National Lab of the Rockies and Union Station.
Customers traveling between the western and eastern portions of the former Route 20 will need to transfer between Routes 23 and 20.
Service Change Reason
Breaking the route 20 into eastern and western separate routes was a recommendation of the System Optimization Plan, which will improve reliability and schedule adherance. However, the route 23 continues into downtown, which was not recommended in the SOP, in order to maintain connectivity between Lakewood and Edgewater to downtown Denver.
Survey Results
Out of 26 respondents, 57% reported a positive impact from the change, 8% indicated it had no impact, and 34% perceived the change negatively.
Route AL – Denver International Airport to Longmont – Service Increase
Service Change
Route AL will provide hourly service from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with service operating from 8th Ave. and Coffman St. to US 287 with a stop at Niwot Park-n-Ride and into Lafayette Park-n-Ride to E-470 to Denver International Airport (DEN).
Service Change Reason
Requested by policymakers, stakeholders and customers, service will provide connections from Longmont to Denver Airport via the Lafayette Park-n-Ride

Out of 257 respondents, 98% reported a positive impact from the change, 1% indicated it had no impact, and 1% perceived the change negatively.
Route BMFX – Broomfield FlexRide – Service Increase
Service Change
Weekday service will be extended to 9 p.m., with an extra vehicle added during a.m. and p.m. peaks. A second vehicle will be added during Saturday peak hours, and Sunday service will be implemented with operations from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Service Change Reason
The City and County of Broomfield requested additional service, which can be supported through available grant funding.

Out of 17 respondents, 83% reported a positive impact from the change, 12% indicated it had no impact, and 6% perceived the change negatively.
Route WGFX – Wagon Road FlexRide – Service Reduction
Service Change
Wagon Road FlexRide service will be discontinued.
Service Change Reason
Service will be discontinued due to low utilization, with the service averaging 1 boarding per hour at a cost of $158.33 per boarding.

Out of 34 respondents, 6% reported a positive impact from the change, 3% indicated it had no impact, and 91% perceived the change negatively.
