RIVERTON, Utah — Flower Child, the full-kitchen, fast-casual restaurant known for its vibrant, health-forward menu is set to open a new location at Mountain View Village in Riverton in early 2026. Already a staple in Salt Lake City, Flower Child is eager to serve more Utahns and further its mission of making wholesome, delicious food accessible to all. The 3,700-square-foot restaurant, which also features a patio, will be located within the shopping center at 4422 West Tree Sparrow Drive, Riverton, UT 84096.

Created by eleven-time James Beard Award-nominated restaurateur Sam Fox, Flower Child is part of Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts and has a devoted following throughout the country. Since its inception, the brand has remained committed to serving scratch-made fare, high-quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and an inclusive menu that caters to all lifestyles.

“We’ve seen firsthand how much Utah values an active, outdoor lifestyle, and Riverton was a natural next step for Flower Child,” said Sam Fox, founder of Flower Child and Fox Restaurant Concepts. “Our goal has always been to create a place where everyone – whether they’re fresh off the trails, gathering with family, or simply looking for a meal or dessert that makes them feel good – can enjoy food that is wholesome, yet full of flavor.”

Flower Child’s menu offers a wide range of customizable bowls, wraps, salads, and mix-and-match veggies, grains, fruits, and proteins, making clean eating both convenient and crave-worthy. Whether guests are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or simply looking for a nourishing meal without sacrificing flavor, Flower Child provides an inviting experience for everyone.

Fan-favorite dishes include the Mother Earth Bowl with ancient grains, sweet potato, portobello mushroom, avocado, cucumber, broccoli pesto, charred onion, leafy greens, red pepper miso vinaigrette, and hemp seed; the gluten-free Mac & Cheese with aged white cheddar and parmesan; the Chicken Enchiladas with guajillo chile, smoked gouda, poblano cream, organic black bean, roasted corn, and avocado; and the Flying Avocado Wrap with smoked turkey, gouda, romaine, tomato, and avocado hummus.

The Riverton restaurant will feature Flower Child’s signature bright, modern design and open-kitchen format, creating a welcoming space for guests to enjoy meals in a space that feels as good as the food tastes. Guests will be able to dine in, enjoy the patio, or order through the Flower Child app for convenient to-go, Happy Rewards, curbside pick-up, and delivery options.

Additional details, including opening date, hours of operation, and media previews, will be shared closer to the restaurant’s debut in early 2026.
