LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Venetian Resort Las Vegas announced that four of its restaurants have been recognized in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest.

Bouchon by Chef Thomas Keller, COTE Korean Steakhouse by Simon Kim, Estiatorio Milos and Mott 32 were included in the guide. The Venetian Resort said this gives it more MICHELIN-recognized restaurants than any other resort in Las Vegas.

Executive reaction

“Being recognized by the MICHELIN Guide is an extraordinary honor and a testament to the talent, creativity, and dedication of our restaurant partners,” said Julian Griffiths, senior vice president of food and beverage of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. “To have four restaurants represented in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest, more than any other resort in Las Vegas, speaks to the depth and diversity of our dining collection and our commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.”

Part of $1.5 billion reinvestment

The recognition comes as The Venetian Resort finalizes a $1.5 billion reinvestment. The Venetian Resort described it as one of the most significant reinvestments in the history of Las Vegas hospitality. The project has included changes to suites and public spaces, entertainment, nightlife, wellness and the resort’s culinary offerings.

The Venetian Resort has introduced 12 food and beverage concepts to its Restaurant Collection within a single year. Those include additions at its Via Via Food Hall, along with Bazaar Meat by José Andrés and COTE by Simon Kim.

Culinary Crossroads program

The resort also debuted Culinary Crossroads, a program of pop-up events throughout 2026 featuring its chef lineup.

Events have included “The Generational Tasting Tour” at CUT, featuring Wolfgang Puck and his son, Byron Lazaroff-Puck; “Spain My Way” with José Andrés; and a pop-up of Michelin-Bib Gourmand fried chicken concept COQODAQ at COTE.
