The Hispanic C-Suite Corporate Council (HC3) in Detroit has appointed Daisy Auger-Dominguez to the Board of Directors.

Auger-Domínguez has years of experience leading global human capital practices at companies like Google, Disney, and Vice Media. She equips managers and leaders with the strategies and skills they need to build high-performing teams and shift culture to drive performance without burning out. She also advises startup and venture technology companies that are building a better future of work, helping founders create impactful and lasting solutions.
Earlier this year, HC3 named Diego Souza, Sandra Rosa, Guillermo Diaz Jr., and John Zamora to its board of directors.
Souza is a cybersecurity expert with more than 20 years of experience, currently serving as the chief information security officer at Prog Holdings. He has built and improved security programs for large corporations globally. He has led security organizations at Cummins Inc., United Airlines, and GE Oil & Gas, where he developed world-class security strategies.
Rosa is the chief human resources officer at Syniverse, a global communications technology company headquartered in Tampa, where she brings more than 30 years of experience in coaching, talent management, performance planning, employee relations, compensation, and change management.
Diaz is the founder and CEO of Conectado Inc., a Web 3/AI digital platform with the mission to accelerate access to opportunities for those that are underrepresented. He serves on the board of directors for Blue Shield of California, Unicoin, and Jack in the Box; also, the social impact boards for the Cristo Rey High School Work Study program, Npower – supporting veterans and young adults and the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Initiative.
Zamora is a Miami-based senior partner and vice chair at Deloitte & Touche with extensive leadership and client experience in serving large, complex global public and private equity clients among the Fortune 500. As a senior client partner, Zmora has worked with his clients to deliver financial audits, accounting advisory, transformational consulting services, and transaction services in connection with M&A.
