Art of the Ancient Americas at Orlando Museum of Art (Ongoing)


Go back in time at the Orlando Museum of Art, where you can discover ancient artwork from the indigenous nations of North, Central and South America. The Art of the Ancient Americas collection features over 900 pieces symbolizing wealth, power, fertility and more important aspects of everyday life. The museum is also home to the most comprehensive collection of Mexican Chupícuaro figurines in the southeastern U.S.

Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together (Select Dates, Sept. 10 – Oct. 2024)


Discover Hispanic heritage through the eyes of local artists during the city’s annual Hispanic Heritage Month exhibit in downtown Orlando. This year’s gallery theme is Pioneers of Change, Shaping the Future Together, hosted by the Hispanic Heritage Network of Orange County. The collection will be displayed with complimentary admission at the Orange County Administration Building on select dates through October 31.


First Contact Exhibition at the Orange County Regional History Center (Ongoing)


This permanent exhibition in downtown Orlando explores the cultural influence of Spanish explorers, who were the first Europeans to arrive in Florida. See how they helped to shape the state, then delve into even more regional history via permanent exhibits on citrus groves, tourism, aviation, theme park history and more.

¡Hola History! At the Osceola County Welcome Center & History Museum (Ongoing)


Created in partnership with the Osceola County Historical Society, the permanent ¡Hola History! Exhibit at the Osceola County Welcome Center & History Museum showcases the stories, achievements and impact of our Latin American community on Central Florida’s growth, from early settler days to modern times. It’s moments from Walt Disney World® Resort in the neighboring city of Kissimmee.
