Are you looking for a new rental in Phoenix? Or maybe you’re someone who likes to scroll housing listings for fun? Either way, I’m bringing you the highlights of what I’ve seen while scrolling Zillow.
Some are more practical, while others may be just for dreaming. But hopefully they’re all at least fun to look through.
🧱 If you like texture: This 1,708-square-foot home off of 67th Avenue and Buckeye Road incorporates stone and brick into its interior and exterior walls. The four-bed, two-bath is listed at $2,000 a month and accepts cats and small dogs.
🌄 If you want to be up close and personal with nature: This 2,014-square-foot home off 40th Street and Baseline is right up against a canal and the South Mountain Preserve. The four-bed, 2.5-bath is listed at $2,599 a month and takes cats and dogs. It also features a backyard with turf and pavers, three-car garage, gas stove, and security camera.
🤩 If dreaming isn’t too painful right now: Ever wondered what some of those homes up in the mountains actually look like? Check out this one south of North Mountain. For $6,500 a month, you get three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, five parking spaces, a huge patio, a hot tub, a loft, and so many windows. Luckily, there aren’t any neighbors close by. The 2,469-square-foot home was built in 1990 and is in a gated community with tennis courts.
