Jackson Walker represented Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. in connection with the $176 million sale of the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa, a 193-key luxury ski-in/ski-out resort located in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
Sixth Street Partners partnered with real estate private equity firm Riller Capital to complete the acquisition of the property. The transaction marks a significant milestone in Braemar’s strategic review and asset disposition process.
The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa is a premier alpine destination featuring newly renovated guest rooms and suites and approximately 50,000 square feet of meeting space.
The Jackson Walker team was led by Real Estate partners Cindy Brotman Nelson and Lamar H. Dowling and included Claire Porterfield, who advised Braemar on all aspects of the transaction.
