Will Stein announced on Saturday that linebacker Antonio O’Berry has been ruled ineligible to play for Kentucky in 2026 by the NCAA.

O’Berry came to Kentucky after spending three years at NCAA Division II program Tiffin and two years at FCS program Gardner-Webb.

“The NCAA has notified us that Antonio O’Berry has exhausted his college eligibility,” Stein told the media. “So we pursued every single option that we could for him. He’s a great person and we wish him nothing but the best moving forward.”
