Kona Grill is opening its third location on Presidio Parkway in North San Antonio.

Kona Grill is an American grill that blends classic American fare, such as steaks and burgers, with Asian fusion dishes like the Kona Stir Fry and Miso-Sake Chilean Sea Bass. The restaurant also features a wide selection of specialty sushi rolls, such as the Fire Dragon Roll, the Picasso roll and the Las Vegas roll.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the renovation and alteration of the former Bar-B-Cutie SmokeHouse began April 28 and is estimated to be completed Aug. 26. Construction is estimated to cost $2 million.
Currently, Kona Grill has two locations in San Antonio, with one at the North Star Mall and the other at The Shops La Cantera.
