Kristin Cavallari threw the first pitch at two Chicago Cubs games this week to mark the launch of her business’s necklace collaboration with Pete Crow-Armstrong.

Known best for her roles in MTV reality shows “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills,” Cavallari later founded the brand Uncommon James that sells clothing, jewelry, accessories and home goods. The brand has a brick-and-mortar boutique location in West Loop at 849 W. Randolph St.

She threw the first pitch at the Cubs’ games on Friday and Saturday at Wrigley Field, later announcing on social media that Uncommon James is partnering with Cubs center fielder Pete Crow-Armstrong for an “exclusive necklace collaboration.”

“Excited to finally share that we’ve got a few men’s collabs coming your way, and we’re kicking things off with @petecrowarmstrong ⚾️ Honored to partner with Pete on this exclusive necklace collaboration for @uncommonjames. His signature piece is available now online and at our Chicago store,” she said in a post on social media.

A stone beaded necklace that was designed in part by Crow-Armstrong is part of the collaboration, retailing for $168.

After Cavallari threw the first pitch on Friday, Clark the Cub ran over to embrace her before pretending to faint on the field.

Cavallari is also hosting a live podcast episode of her show “Let’s Be Honest” at her West Loop store on Sunday where she will interview Crow-Armstrong and “other surprise Chicago Cubs players,” according to the Uncommon James website.

“There are only 100 tickets available for this intimate live event, make sure to get yours before we sell out. We’ll have light bites, drinks, and a special gift bag for everyone,” the website says.

Tickets to the event went for $250 each and are sold out as of Saturday.

Cavallari was also previously married to former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, with whom she shares two children. After Cutler retired from the NFL in 2017, the two were in a reality show called “Very Cavallari” that gave a behind-the-scenes look at their family and Cavallari’s business venture.
