Under the theme “Strong Roots, Living Leadership,” Tampa Hispanic Heritage Inc. held its 2025 Leadership Class Awards Luncheon July 29 at the Bob Buckhorn River Center in Julian B. Lane Park. The event brought together emerging leaders from diverse fields — including the arts, media, education, health, and public service — for a day dedicated to celebrating civic commitment and the growing impact of the Hispanic community in the Tampa Bay area.
The ceremony featured welcome remarks by Leadership Class Co-Chairs Rosabelys Rodríguez and María Bermúdez-Torres, followed by a greeting from Carolina Ruiz Mederos, president of the organization. In addition to a networking lunch with local leaders, attendees enjoyed a poster presentation and the official recognition of the 2025 Leadership Class honorees, in a gathering that underscored the transformative power of Hispanic leadership.
