Adds four last-mile assets across two key distribution markets

NEW YORK, September 17, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, today announced the addition of the Gateway Infill Growth Portfolio, a four-building portfolio totaling 697,276 square feet across the Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta metropolitan areas.

The portfolio includes three properties in Dallas-Fort Worth and one property in Atlanta:

  • 2800 Valley View Lane, Irving, Texas (294,795 square feet)

  • 1002 Avenue T, Grand Prairie, Texas (100,868 square feet)

  • 1920 Hutton Court, Farmers Branch, Texas (52,613 square feet)

  • 1075 Satellite Boulevard, Suwanee, Georgia (249,000 square feet)

The Dallas-Fort Worth properties are located in the Upper Great Southwest, DFW Airport and Valwood submarkets, while the Atlanta property is located along the Northeast I-85 corridor.

“Our acquisition strategy is focused on expanding Link Logistics’ portfolio in infill-focused locations that are supported by strong long-term demand drivers,” said Andrew Goodman, senior managing director, Investments, Link Logistics. “This portfolio reflects our continued conviction in Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta and adds well-located distribution assets in markets where we have achieved meaningful scale.”

Link Logistics has a significant footprint in Dallas-Fort Worth, with more than 33 million square feet, and Atlanta, with more than 38 million square feet, serving customers across two of the Company’s core logistics markets.

“Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta continue to see strong logistics demand as population growth and business investment support durable industrial fundamentals,” said Laura Hyde, managing director, Investments, Link Logistics. “These properties complement our existing footprint and are located in established infill submarkets that provide customers with direct access to labor and major transportation networks.”

JLL represented the seller in the transaction.
