What’s better than one Villa Rosa? Two, of course!
On the second day of BravoCon 2025, Lisa Vanderpump shed more light on her life in Las Vegas, where she not only owns multiple businesses, but also a jaw-dropping, multi-million-dollar home. Panel moderator/Bravo superfan Jerry O’Connell asked The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum how her Sin City abode compared to her 90210 estate she famously dubbed “Villa Rosa” — a nod to her favorite color, pink.
Lisa Vanderpump praises her home away from home
“Do we have swans and ponies here in Las Vegas?” Jerry asked, referring to Lisa’s family of unconventional pets.
“You know what? We don’t,” the Vanderpump Rules boss said. “I think Beverly Hills is really my home, but I work here so much, so it’s much easier for me to have my little Villa Rosa Vegas here.”
Lisa went on to gush over the city, describing it as “the playground of the world.”
“I love Vegas,” she continued. “Growing up in London, in a suburb, when you’d come to Vegas, you’ve never seen anything like it. And I still think it’s like that. It’s innovative, it’s moving forward, [and] I feel safe here. It’s got this incredible energy… My hats off to Vegas, for sure.”

Lisa purchased her Las Vegas mansion in 2024, about five years after she opened Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, her first-ever venue in Las Vegas. She has since launched two more establishments in the city: Vanderpump à Paris, located in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump inside the Flamingo Hotel.
According to TMZ, Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd, closed on the $5 million mansion just three days after touring it. The property reportedly sits on an exclusive golf course and features an incredible pool with stunning views.

Although Lisa has left an indelible mark on Las Vegas, she refused to rest on her laurels. The multi-hyphenate is now preparing to open her eponymous hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. The business, set to open in early 2026, will replace The Cromwell hotel, owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment. Lisa spoke about the venture in a recent interview with Neon, saying the Vanderpump Hotel would offer “attainable luxury.”

“It has to be something that everybody who has supported me can afford,” she told the outlet. “I’m not going to price myself out of the market… It’s going to stretch in all directions, as it is. But we love design. It’s still going to be a boutique hotel, and it’s going to be more personalized.”
