PHOENIX — LivAway Suites is building a new extended-stay hotel in Mesa as part of a local and national expansion for the fast-growing brand.
The Mesa hotel is scheduled to open near Greenfield and Baseline roads in the fall of 2026.
“Mesa is a thriving hub of technology and industry. By bringing our fifth Arizona location to this dynamic market, we’re building out a high-performing regional footprint while delivering a modern, affordable product that resonates with extended-stay guests,” Kevin Dailey, the hotel chain’s chief operating officer, said in a press release Tuesday.
West77 Partners, the developer behind the extended-stay hotels, opened a Phoenix market office in Scottsdale last year.
LivAway Suites has ambitious expansion plan
At the time, the firm said it was looking to break ground on 50 LivAway Suites hotels by the end of 2026, with 12 in metro Phoenix.
The first Arizona location recently started taking reservations and is set to open Feb. 6 in Tolleson. Hotels in Glendale, Surprise and Tucson are also in the works.
“Reflecting on our first groundbreaking in Nashville two years ago, LivAway Suites has expanded at an incredible pace, supported by strong market fundamentals and a disciplined development approach,” Dailey said.
