M Culinary Concepts will introduce new culinary activations at the reimagined 16th hole hospitality experience when the WM Phoenix Open returns from from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, through from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, at TPC Scottsdale.

The updates coincide with the company’s 27th year overseeing hospitality operations for the PGA Tour event and are expected to serve an estimated 200,000 fans across premium venues, according to a press release.

M Culinary Concepts, Arizona’s largest catering and hospitality company and the tournament’s official catering partner, will manage expanded culinary and beverage programming throughout the event. Offerings include chef‑driven dining experiences, specialty food stations and full‑service bars across the tournament’s highest‑traffic hospitality areas.

New culinary activations for 2026

Pin Hi Club:

A new ground‑level hospitality venue will offer carving stations, a seafood tower with suite delivery service and tray‑passed appetizers within a full‑service dining environment.

Skybox 16:

The updated concept will feature restaurant‑style service supported by five operational kitchens, allowing for streamlined service and expanded menu options for large crowds.

Skybox 16 Loge Suite:

Guests will have access to a chef‑attended omelet station during morning service, an expanded barista program including matcha and latte art, and additional flatbread offerings available throughout the venue.

Cove:

The refreshed space will feature rotating pop‑up stations, including a daily sorbet bar and a satay station complementing the Hawaiian‑ and Polynesian‑inspired menu. The pig roast will return with a reconstructed kalua pork presentation, alongside a featured ahi tuna poke bowl activation.

In addition to the expanded food program, M Culinary Concepts is hiring sous chefs and event chefs to support hospitality operations at the 16th hole.

The company said the recruitment effort is focused on experienced culinary professionals supporting large‑scale event service.

The WM Phoenix Open announced fan‑experience enhancements in October, including a new reusable modular structure with wider interior bays, higher ceilings and improved sightlines using frameless glass railings. The Pin Hi Club will provide individual ticket access to the 16th hole for the first time when it debuts in 2026.

The tournament is recognized as a certified zero‑waste sporting event. M Culinary Concepts annually donates surplus food to Waste Not, a nonprofit that distributes recovered food to community organizations. In 2025, the company donated more than 30,000 pounds of food from the WM Phoenix Open, benefiting groups including Jose’s Closet, Native Health, Maggie’s Place and New Horizons Community Care.
