Investing in Local Talent
As part of its continued growth in Arizona, MassMedia has expanded its Phoenix-based team, bringing together experienced marketing professionals to support its growing client portfolio and strengthen its local operations.
Jess Guffey, Phoenix Office Lead, oversees the agency’s local operations, helping drive team development, strengthen client relationships and support MassMedia’s continued growth in the Arizona market. In this role, Guffey will serve as a key leader in establishing the agency’s presence and fostering collaboration across its Phoenix-based team.
Ian Cardenas, Media Buyer, joins the agency with a strong background in media buying. Cardenas will support paid media strategy and development, and campaign execution across MassMedia’s diverse portfolio of clients.
Jordan Weber, Media Planner/Buyer, brings extensive expertise in paid media. Weber will help execute integrated digital marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive measurable results.
Andrea Lopez, Associate Media Planner/Buyer, joins MassMedia’s paid media team, bringing experience in executing proven media campaigns. Lopez will support the development and execution of strategic, results-driven campaigns for the agency’s growing client roster.

Launching the Phoenix Women’s Marketing Collective
