Methodist Health System

Pam Stoyanoff, President and Chief Operating Officer

Pam Stoyanoff will retire as president and COO of Methodist Health System on Dec. 31, 2026, after nearly two decades with the organization. During her tenure, Methodist grew from three hospitals in 2008 to 13 hospitals through ownership or affiliation. She was also the first woman to serve as president and COO of a major North Texas health system.

John Phillips, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Methodist Health System has promoted John Phillips to executive vice president and COO, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Phillips has spent nearly 15 years with the health system, including the past eight as president of Methodist Dallas Medical Center and seven years before that as president of Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. In his new role, he will oversee operations at Methodist’s seven wholly owned hospitals and several corporate departments.

John Myers, Executive Vice President and Chief Physician Executive

Methodist Health System has promoted Dr. John Myers to executive vice president and chief physician executive, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Myers has served as president of Methodist Medical Group for nearly four years, overseeing its expansion to more than 95 clinic locations and 450 physicians and advanced practice providers. In his new role, he will focus on clinical integration, innovation, and physician engagement across the health system.

Dude Perfect

Andrew Yaffe, Dude Perfect

Less than two years into his tenure, Andrew Yaffe has mutually parted ways with the Frisco-based YouTube sensation, as initially reported by Axios. Yaffe came to Dude Perfect as its first CEO in October 2024 after a stint at the NBA. He inherited a company with more than 60 million YouTube subscribers that was fresh off a more than $100 million private equity raise. In a joint statement obtained by Axios, the company said that under Yaffe, “revenues have grown significantly, driven by marquee partnerships with State Farm, Disney, BODYARMOR, and McDonald’s, alongside significant brand expansion through the 2026 Squad Games tour, the launch of the Almost Athletes podcast, and Dude Perfect Outdoors.”

Weitzman

Douglas Nash, Chief Financial Officer

Weitzman has hired Doug Nash as CFO. Nash joins the Dallas-based commercial real estate services firm from The Retail Connection, where he also served as CFO and oversaw finance, accounting, treasury, information technology, and property management. He previously worked in real estate finance at GE Capital Real Estate.

Mission Critical Group

Akash Raj, Chief Financial Officer

Frisco-based Mission Critical Group has named Akash Raj CFO. Raj joins the electrical infrastructure company from RealPage, where he also served as CFO. He brings more than 20 years of finance and operational leadership experience and previously served as CFO of WellSky and held senior roles at Motorola Solutions and General Motors.

Invitation Homes

James Curl, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Invitation Homes has named James Curl executive vice president and chief technology officer. Curl, who begins Sept. 8, joins the Dallas-based single-family home leasing and management company from Xome, a Rocket Cos. subsidiary, where he served as chief technology officer. He brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience and previously held senior roles at T-Mobile, Deloitte Consulting, and Alcatel-Lucent.

Economic Club of Dallas

Luisa del Rosal, Executive Director

The Economic Club of Dallas has named Luisa del Rosal executive director. Del Rosal joins the organization from SMU’s Tower Center for Public Policy and International Affairs, where she served as Colin Powell Teaching Fellow, chief of staff, and special advisor. She previously served as founding executive director of both the Tower Center and the Mission Foods Texas-Mexico Center and as a chief of staff in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Thryv

Patricia Rollins, Vice President of Marketing

Thryv has promoted Patricia Rollins to vice president of marketing, where she will lead global marketing efforts for the Dallas-based company’s AI-powered growth platform for small businesses. Rollins previously led the worldwide performance marketing team that launched IBM Watson and has held marketing roles at Oracle, Smartsheet, Typeform, and WellSaid.

Citi Private Bank

Michelle Pryor, Investment Counselor Team Lead, Central Region

Citi Private Bank has named Michelle Pryor its investment counselor team lead for the Central Region. Pryor, who will join the firm in November, comes from Bank of America Private Bank, where she most recently served as a Dallas market leader. She has nearly 30 years of financial services experience and previously held roles at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and a Dallas-based family office.
