Find out which businesses are keeping their doors open a little longer for those last-minute shoppers in Metro Atlanta.

GEORGIA, USA — It’s Christmas Eve! The last day to find the perfect gift and ingredients for a delicious festive meal. 

Last-minute shoppers can find out which stores will be open and closed on Christmas Eve and Day in the lists below. 

Store holiday hours 

  • Walmart: Most stores will be open until 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas Day. 
  • Target: Most stores close at 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve. All stores are closed on Christmas Day.
  • Costco: Shoppers should check local stores for Christmas Eve hours. All locations will be closed on Christmas Day.

Restaurant holiday hours  

  • Olive Garden: The restaurant will close at 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve and it will be closed on Christmas Day
  • McDonald’s: Customers should check their store location’s holiday hours.
  • Starbucks: Customers should check their store location’s holiday hours. Click here to learn more.
  • Red Lobster: Open on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • Cracker Barrel: Stores will be open until 2 p.m. closing early and will be closed on Christmas Day. 
  • Waffle House: Open Christmas Eve. Customers should check store locations for Christmas Day hours 
  • Taco Bell: Will be open on Christmas Eve with limited hours and closed on Christmas Day.
  • Krispy Kreme: Will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
  • Fogo de Chao: The Atlanta and Dunwoody locations will be open on Christmas Day and Christmas Eve.
  • Chick-fil-A: Customers should check store locations for holiday hours. 

Mall holiday hours

Each mall will be closed on Christmas Day, but will be open for limited hours on Christmas Eve. 

  • Calhoun Outlet Marketplace: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Lenox Square: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Mall of Georgia: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • North Georgia Premium Outlets: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Phipps Plaza: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sugarloaf Mills Mall: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
