The Miami Dolphins will have a banged up secondary when they face the New York Jets on Monday night.
Cornerbacks Storm Duck and Jason Marshall Jr. will both be out of action in Week 4 and there’s a chance Ethan Bonner will be unavailable too. Bonner didn’t appear on the Thursday or Friday injury reports, but popped up with a hamstring injury Saturday and is listed as questionable.
Bonner previously suffered a hamstring injury in preseason and sat out the first two games of the season. In his 2025 debut, Bonner played just one defensive snap and 14 on special teams.
The Dolphins are expected to start Rasul Douglas and Jack Jones on the outside against the Jets with veteran Cornell Armstrong taking over for Marshall in the slot.
Week 4 availability
OUT
- CB Storm Duck (ankle)
- CB Jason Marshall Jr. (hamstring)
Questionable
- CB Ethan Bonner (hamstring)
Dolphins wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle also appeared on the injury report, but both are fully expected to play Monday. Hill’s appearance was because he missed Saturday’s practice for personal reasons, while Waddle was a full participant Friday and Saturday as he recovers from a minor shoulder injury.
The Jets ruled out two players: cornerback Jarvis Brownlee and pass rusher Jermaine Johnson.
