UFC 312 lands in Australia this week, which means color commentator Joe Rogan is staying home because he doesn’t travel to call international events.

In his place, UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping steps up and is set to call the fights and replace Rogan for the night as he returns to the pay-per-view broadcast for the card taking place Saturday night in the United States.

UFC officials confirmed the broadcast lineup to MMA Fighting on Tuesday.

Bisping is joined on the broadcast desk by regular play-by-play man Jon Anik and fellow UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier as they call the fights from Sydney.

UFC 312 is headlined by a rematch with the middleweight title going up for grabs as reigning champion Dricus du Plessis takes on Sean Strickland. The first fight between them ended a razor-close split decision but du Plessis walked away with the title.

He’s gone onto defeat Israel Adesanya in his first title defense but now du Plessis prepares to run it back with Strickland just over a year after their first encounter in 2024.

Meanwhile, the co-main event sees UFC strawweight champion Zhang Weili defend her belt against undefeated No. 1 contender Tatiana Suarez.

Suarez has long been pegged as a future champion but now she’ll get her first opportunity at actually winning a UFC title when she faces Zhang in the co-headliner from Australia.

UFC 312 airs in the United States at the regular time for pay-per-view broadcasts with the main card kicking off at 10 p.m. ET while the show actually takes place Sunday morning in Australia due to the time difference.
