Anchor Loans has appointed Mitchell Ryan Zagrodnik as a business development manager, according to a recent announcement shared on LinkedIn.
In the role, Zagrodnik will focus on developing and expanding relationships with real estate investors, brokers, builders, and developers, helping connect them with financing solutions to execute investment projects.
“In this new role, I will be focused on building and expanding relationships with real estate investors, brokers, builders, and developers,” Zagrodnik said in the post. “With the emphasis being on making sure they have access to the capital and tools needed to execute their projects swiftly and efficiently.”
Zagrodnik joins Anchor Loans with a background in business development and investor-focused lending. He previously worked at RCN Capital, where he held roles supporting partnerships and client relationships in the private lending space, focusing on educating borrowers and brokers about loan products and building long-term connections.
Anchor Loans is a private lender specializing in financing solutions for residential real estate investors, including fix-and-flip and rental property loans.
Zagrodnik also pointed to Anchor’s service-focused approach as a key factor in his move.
