Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. ET is the deadline for teams to extend the qualifying offer. Players who receive the offer have until Nov. 18 to decide if they will accept or reject it.
Rejecting the offer means the team will receive draft pick compensation if the player signs with another club. A player who accepts will receive a
