CBS News New York
While Saturday may be sunny and hot, Sunday looks warm and stormy. Sunday should begin on the quiet side, with lots of sun. Then, by the afternoon and evening, a line of powerful thunderstorms is expected to roll through the Tri-State Area. These storms will be capable of producing damaging winds, hail, and torrential rains.
Once that potent line of storms clears the region, cooler and drier conditions return to begin next week.
