As a partner resident in the Los Angeles office, Kari brings extensive experience leading clients through the structuring and negotiation of strategic, cutting-edge transactions, including digital transformation, outsourcing, cloud services, robotic automation, artificial intelligence solutions, platform modernization, strategic alliances, and other technology-related matters.
