Multiple Arrests Made Following Investigation into Greensboro Businesses

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division (ALE) in partnership with the Greensboro Police Department (GPD) conducted search warrants on September 5, 2026, following an investigation into illicit drug sales and criminal activity occurring at several locations in Greensboro. 

ALE special agents launched the investigation in July after receiving complaints from the community and GPD about drug sales, gang activity, and other criminal activity occurring at Bar Latino, located at 316 West Meadowview Road in Greensboro, and an illegal nightclub located at 3820 West Gate Blvd. in Greensboro. 

During the investigation, undercover special agents purchased cocaine from several employees and patrons on multiple occasions from both businesses, while also purchasing alcohol from the illegal nightclub.

ALE and GPD conducted search warrants at the following locations, Bar Latino, the illegal nightclub and a residence located at 5407 Waterpoint Drive in Browns Summit on Saturday. The North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABC Commission) suspended Bar Latino’s ABC permits the same day after receiving ALE’s initial investigative reports. 

During the investigation, law enforcement seized cocaine, MDMA, firearms and alcohol from employees and patrons of both businesses.

 The following people have been charged in connection with the investigation. 

Agripina Acosta Prado, 63, of Greensboro – ABC Permittee 

  • Felony Maintain a Business for a Controlled Substance – 5 counts
  • Allow Violations to Occur on ABC Licensed Premises – 14 counts
  • Sell Alcohol After Hours – 3 counts

Marilyn Acosta Prado, 59, of Greensboro – Manager 

  • Felony Maintain a Business for a Controlled Substance – 5 counts
  • Allow Violations to Occur on ABC Licensed Premises – 13 counts
  • Sell Alcohol After Hours – 3 counts

Fulvio Antonio Valdez-Valdez, 31, of Greensboro

  • Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 9 counts
  • Felony Sell Cocaine – 7 counts
  • Felony Deliver Cocaine – 7 counts
  • Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 8 counts

Crisbeth Falcon Aguilar, 30, of Greensboro

  • Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 5 counts
  • Felony Sell Cocaine – 5 counts
  • Felony Deliver Cocaine – 5 counts
  • Felony Conspire to Sell Cocaine – 2 counts
  • Allow Violations to Occur on ABC Licensed Premises – 4 counts
  • Resist, Delay or Obstruct Arrest 

Maria Ventura, 43, of Greensboro 

  • Felony Continuing a Criminal Enterprise 
  • Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 2 counts 

Shariff Raheem Akeem Shah, 46, of Browns Summit 

  • Felony Continuing a Criminal Enterprise 
  • Felony Possession of a Firearm by a Felon – 2 counts
  • Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 6 counts
  • Allow Violations to Occur on ABC Licensed Premises – 2 counts

Khasim Momntell Samad Lockhart, 38, of High Point

  • Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 6 counts
  • Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 2 counts
  • Felony Sell Cocaine – 2 counts
  • Felony Deliver Cocaine – 2 counts
  • Allow Violations to Occur on ABC Licensed Premises – 3 counts

Sheila Denise Fryar, 40, of Browns Summit 

  • Felony Aide and Abet Firearm by Felon – 2 counts

Wilson Ortega Felix, 46, of Greensboro

  • Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Cocaine 
  • Felony Sell Cocaine
  • Felony Deliver Cocaine
  • Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Cocaine – 2 counts
  • Felony Maintain a Vehicle for a Controlled Substance
