Germany players Jamal Musiala and Kai Havertz are nursing thigh muscle problems which however in the case of Musiala is good news of sorts.
Coach Jürgen Klopp said after Thursday’s 1-1 draw against hosts Netherlands that Musiala’s late withdrawal as a starter had nothing to do with his collapses due to absence seizures in pre-season matches which had seen the Bayern Munich player miss the start of the season as his medication was adjusted.

“it is not good news but in some way also good news because it is a normal football injury,” Klopp told broadcasters RTL, speaking of “a return of sorts to normality.”
Musiala injured himself during the warm-up while Arsenal forward Havertz limped off during the first half in Amsterdam.
“Both are having an MRI [scan]. I hope we get diagnosis soon. I hope it is not serious, the the lads are probably out for us but that can then play again rather soon.”
Germany’s next Nations League match is on Sunday at home against Greece, followed next weeks by another home game against Serbia before a trip to Greece.
