Fort Bend’s newest community, Austin Point, has opened model homes with prices from the $200Ks to $900Ks in its first phase.

Builders are Ashton Woods, David Weekley Homes, CastleRock Communities, Newmark Homes, Westin Homes, Perry Homes, Beazer Homes, Drees Custom Homes and William David Homes.
