A new Indian restaurant specializing in tandoori cooking opens this week in the Back Mountain.
Aroma Grill and Bar will host a grand opening at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Suite 1206 in the Twin Stacks complex along Memorial Highway in Dallas.
“We’re proud to introduce Dallas to a true taste of India. Our goal is to offer not just delicious food, but a complete cultural experience that captures the spirit of India,” the business wrote in a news release issued by the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce.
The tandoori cooking method is done by using a traditional clay oven heated by charcoal fire to cook marinated meats and vegetables.
Aroma Grill and Bar is hosting a 10% off promotion during the grand opening weekend, Friday through Sunday. The business also will host a belly dance show on Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
