PHOENIX — Developer Vestar announced Thursday it completed its construction on Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek.
“The new 260,000-square-foot retail center reached full capacity, according to a news release. Located near Gantzel and Combs roads, it broke ground in 2021 and cost $100 million
“Completing Vineyard Towne Center marks another exciting milestone in our long-term commitment to the Queen Creek community,” Executive Vice President of Development Jeffrey Axtell said.
“This center has seen incredible leasing momentum, and the strong response from both tenants and residents underscores the demand for high-quality destinations that blend convenience, variety and an elevated sense of place. We’re proud to deliver a project that will serve Queen Creek for years to come.”
What stores are at the new retail center in Queen Creek?
Vineyard Towne Center offers a mix of stores, including Verizon, Target, Sprouts Farmers Market, Mountain America Credit Union, Over Easy, Café Rio, Wingstop, McDonald’s and more.
Vestar’s completion of Vineyard Towne Center follows the development and opening of Queen Creek Crossing, another retail center located five miles away. Queen Creek Crossing spans over 400,000 square feet and is also 100% leased.
