SLATE PREVIEW

Vegas (vs. San Jose), Los Angeles (vs. Seattle), Colorado (vs. Utah), Minnesota (vs. Nashville), Edmonton (vs. Calgary) and Washington (vs. NY Rangers) are the biggest favorites on the Moneyline. The over/under for Stars-Red Wings, Devils-Islanders, Sabres-Senators and Mammoth-Avalanche is 6.5 goals. The Predators-Wild and Sharks-Golden Knights contests anticipate 6.0 goals being scored, while the rest of the matchups expect 5.5 goals.

GOALIES

Logan Thompson, WSH vs. NYR ($8,000): Despite a rocky 2-2-2 record, Thompson has posted a 2.28 GAA and a .934 save percentage over his last six appearances. He won both of his meetings against the Rangers last season while allowing seven goals on 52 shots. New York has scored the fewest goals per game (2.50) this year.

Sergei Bobrovsky, FLA at CAR ($7,400): Bobrovsky has won his last five outings while stopping 119 of the 133 shots he has faced. He made 26 saves in a 4-3 shootout win over the Hurricanes on Friday. Bobrovsky has emerged victorious in five of his last eight appearances against Carolina.

VALUE PLAYS/ONE-OFFS

Connor McDavid, EDM vs. CGY ($9,500): McDavid has amassed 12 goals, 14 assists and 47 shots on net during his 10-game point streak. He has eight multi-point efforts over that stretch, including five performances with three or more points. McDavid has seven helpers and 15 shots in his last four matches against Calgary.

Brad Marchand, FLA at CAR ($6,600): Marchand has produced four goals, five assists and 12 shots on target across his five-game point spree. He has lit the lamp five times on 14 shots while adding one assist in his past five regular-season meetings with the Hurricanes.

Tomas Hertl, VGK vs. SJS ($6,100): Hertl has one goal, four helpers and 15 shots over a three-game point streak. He has one marker and two assists with the man advantage over that span. Hertl has amassed six points, including three goals on 13 shots, in his past five outings versus the Sharks.

Collin Graf, SJS at VGK ($3.200): Graf has registered six goals on 17 shots while supplying three assists in his past eight contests. He has a four-game point streak going into Tuesday’s slate, having collected three tallies and three helpers while skating on San Jose’s top line.

FORWARD LINE STACKS

Wild vs. Predators

Kirill Kaprizov (W – $8,300), Ryan Hartman (C – $4,100), Mats Zuccarello (W – $5,000)

Kaprizov has notched five goals and 11 points in his last nine outings. He has 29 shots and three power-play points (one goal, two assists) during that span. Hartman has generated five goals, including three on the power play, and two assists in his past six contests. He has added 10 blocked shots and 18 shots on net during that stretch. Zuccarello has 12 helpers and 14 points in 17 appearances this season, including two assists and one shot since returning from a five-game absence.

Minnesota’s top line is a good blend of offensive upside and salary-cap value. Nashville has allowed the third-most goals per game (3.40) this season.

Senators vs. Sabres

Tim Stutzle (C – $6,700), Brady Tkachuk (W – $8,100), Fabian Zetterlund (W – $3,500)

Stutzle has six goals and eight assists across his seven-game point streak. He has three tallies and three helpers with the man advantage over that time, as well as 22 shots on net. Tkachuk has struck for five markers on 28 shots while providing two assists during his five-game point spree. Zetterlund has accounted for three goals on 10 shots and three assists over a three-game point streak.

Ottawa’s top line has been firing on all cylinders, and the trio should remain hot in Tuesday’s matchup against Buffalo.

DEFENSEMEN

Cale Makar, COL vs. UTA ($8,000): Makar has compiled two goals, 11 points, 29 shots and 16 blocks in nine games going into Tuesday night’s action. He has two multi-point performances in his last three outings. Makar has already reached the scoresheet in his previous two meetings with the Mammoth this campaign, picking up one goal, one assist and four shots on net.

Miro Heiskanen, DAL at DET ($6,100): Heiskanen has collected four assists, including one on the power play, three shots and five blocks during his three-game point streak. He has two goals, eight helpers and 12 shots during a six-game point spree versus the Red Wings.
