COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — The legalization of recreational marijuana in Ohio is allowing for new types of festivals to pop up.
The newest is called the Stargazer Cannabis Festival, scheduled for July 26-28 in Pomeroy, about 30 minutes south of Athens along the Ohio River.
It’s being billed as a celebration of cannabis featuring music, camping and even a farmers market with pot products and supplies.
There will even be a joint rolling contest.
Tickets for the weekend start at $80, but get this — kids are also allowed in with a $40 admission fee.
