Rotary District 5520 and the Rotary Club of Las Vegas recently announced the results of the Sonny Brown Business of the Year competition for all of New Mexico and West Texas. Olivia Silva and Olivia’s Café has won the Small Business category out of all the small businesses nominated throughout the entire district. Silva is shown here receiving the award from Rotary Past District Governor Dick Jones of Santa Fe. The award is based on business ethics, support of employees, and numerous contributions to the local community championing young people and others.
