Atlanta Dream guard Allisha Gray is known for her shooting prowess and steely game face, both of which have been on full display during her time in Unrivaled, the 3×3 professional women’s basketball league that launched in January. However, over the last couple months, Gray also has become known for the funny TikTok food and drink reviews she has been creating with Dream teammate Rhyne Howard. The videos, which have garnered hundreds of thousands of views, have given fans a closer look at Gray’s less serious side.
Gray, whose Lunar Owls Basketball Club will play in Unrivaled’s semifinals on Sunday, sat down with Andscape and ESPN commentator Ari Chambers to talk about letting more of her personality show, “broadening her palate” and playing in Unrivaled alongside some of the WNBA’s top players.
